I’ve been wanting to make a round bag forever. So I finally did it.
This is prototype #1. Crocheted with braided yarn from Catcraft — my holy grail brand. I picked it to test if it would be sturdy enough for a round shape, and it passed. The structure holds. The stitches have that chunky spiral that I’m obsessed with.
Is it flawless? Not yet 😅 There are a few wobbly parts. It’s missing accessories. I’m already planning to frog it and redo it to make it even sturdier and cleaner. But I love it.
This is the bag that proved I could do it. The one that taught me what to fix for version 2. And honestly? The imperfections make it feel more mine.
