How adorable this butterfly keychain is!

Who would have know that from a scrap of yarns and flower pattern as your base you could create something clever and chic like these 😍🦋

Just a little weaving and bedazzling, you’ll have your own butterfly keychain!

It may look like it’s complicated to make but the pattern is actually as easy as making a coaster.

Round 1: Inside a magic circle make 8 2DC clusters separated by 2 chains

Round 2: You may start changing the color of the yarn on this round. Make two 3DC clusters separated by 3 chains on the same chain space from the previous round.

Round 3: make 10DC clusters separated by chain3 picot on the same chain space of the previous round.

Weave all the excess yarns and tails but don’t cut your working yarn yet 😉

Fold the project in half, your working yarn must be positioned in the middle part.

Make slip stitches as you make your way up to make the antennae. These slip stitches will serve as the butterfly’s body.

To make the antennae, chain 5, make slip stitches 4 times as you move your way back to the body, slip stitch and make 5 chains again, slip stitch into 4 stitches down, weave to finish the project.

And there you have it 🥰🦋

Your very own butterfly 🥰🥰🥰
